seo, content structure & analytics
The SEO strategy focused on lower-difficulty keywords with meaningful search volume, supported by structured content, metadata optimization and on-page SEO. Search performance was monitored over time to evaluate visibility, ranking trends and content opportunities.
performance optimization
Even with layered visuals and motion elements, the site maintains fast load times and minimal layout shift. This was achieved through responsive image handling, priority loading for key assets, local font hosting, and controlled script timing. These results were achieved without relying on a CDN or high-performance hosting, showing that performance can be achieved through precise optimization choices rather than infrastructure alone.

Case Study: Production & Signage Design
Work for Sunset Memorial, Run Digital, and Sign World
overview
Production design experience across memorials, commercial signage and dimensional displays, with a focus on precision, fabrication requirements and practical problem solving. Projects involved preparing production-ready artwork and coordinating with manufacturers, installers and vendors through final production.
- Created production-ready artwork for sandblasting, laser engraving, layered signage, vinyl, glass and stencil-based fabrication, with careful control of size, layering and detail.
- Coordinated with production teams, installers and vendors to confirm feasibility and maintain accuracy from digital artwork through final installation.
production-ready vector artwork
Using references and supplied imagery, custom vector illustrations are created and refined for sandblasting production. Each design balances meaningful, personalized details with the line widths, spacing and simplicity required for successful stencil production.
custom memorial design
Extensive collaboration with the family helped ensure every detail reflected their vision. The front artwork was created as detailed vector work and prepared for multiple levels of sandblasting, requiring careful planning of depth, linework and production sequencing.
highfield dimensional signage
I developed the production plan for translating Highfield’s existing brand into dimensional signage using layered acrylic, brushed aluminum, vinyl and printed elements. Production considerations included applying matte vinyl with bleed to the routed “H” and hand-trimming it for a clean finished edge, while the horse detail was given a metal outline to protect the printed surface from chipping.
midpark directory signage
A new tenant directory was designed around a manufactured sign base, with fixed address elements and removable tenant panels to simplify future updates. Horizontal brushed aluminum was selected so vinyl could be removed with less risk of scratching the surface, making the system easier to maintain over time.
